Queen size futon on bottom and Twin XL bed on top. Measurements are 48"Wx96"Lx78"H.  When bottom futon is folded out as a bed the Width is 61" W.

**Bunky Board is NOT included.  You may purchase Bunky Board Separately or you can always purchase plywood in place of a Box Spring.
