We are based in Princeton, Minnesota, where all of our handcrafted log furniture is made.

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 112:00 PM CST. We are closed on Sundays. Call/Text/Email anytime and we will respond within 24 hours.
How can I stay updated on new products and offers?
You can join our newsletter by signing up on our website. Follow us on social media to stay informed about new collections, promotions, and more.
Can I visit your showroom?
We do not currently have a physical showroom, but we have sprinkled product photos all across our website here for you to check out.
How can I submit photos of my new furniture?
We’d love to see how you’ve styled your new furniture! Please send your photos to info@twistofnature.com for a chance to be featured on our social media pages.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped we provide all the tracking information you will need to see your shipment is on its way. We will send you tracking to the email address you provided at checkout.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our collections, adding items to your cart, and completing the checkout process. For custom orders, please contact us to start the design process. Feel free to call/text/email with any questions or if you'd like to order directly by phone.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most items ship within 2-6 weeks, depending on availability and the size of the order. Custom furniture pieces may take longer due to the time required for craftsmanship. Please contact us if you have a timing issue. While we can't always guarantee a specific time frame, we always do our best to accommodate your needs.
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer free shipping via freight carriers for larger items and UPS Ground for all other items. Our prices ALWAYS include FREE SHIPPING!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the lower 48 United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us to discuss potential options.
How much does shipping cost?
SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE!!!
What is your return policy?
While it is never ideal to have a customer return an item, we do understand mistakes can happen. Before returning, we ask you to contact us to see if we can resolve the issue without a return.
We accept returns on most standard items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unused condition. Unless the item is damaged, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will fully refund you the original purchase price.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns due to their personalized nature.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the damaged item. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage and damaged packaging including all labels on the boxes to assist with the claims process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes, we offer delivery services for larger items. Installation is available upon request for an additional fee. We will coordinate with you to ensure your furniture is delivered and set up according to your preferences.--This is only offered in areas where delivery and set up features are available. Please advise on address and items so we can contact a local carrier/delivery in your area for additional costs for their services.
What is your policy on custom orders?
Custom orders require a 50% deposit and typically take 4-8 weeks to complete. Because these items are made to your specifications, they are non-refundable. We will work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Can I make payments?
We offer Shop Pay and Affirm on our Website for payment options. We can also work with you to make payments directly with us, we just ask for payment in full right before we ship. Please contact us for payment options directly through us. 763-203-3691

What type of wood do you use for your furniture?
We specialize in using Spruce and Pine, known for its strength, durability, rustic appeal and beautiful grain patterns.
Do you offer outdoor furniture or bathroom vanities?
Not at this time. We focus on handcrafted log furniture for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, and other custom pieces. We do not offer outdoor furniture, bathroom vanities, or bathroom cabinets at this time.
What can I expect in terms of wood variations?
Due to the natural beauty of pine logs, you can expect variations in character, color, grain, and possible worm tracks. These natural imperfections add unique character without affecting the structural integrity of the furniture. No two pieces are alike. Each customer will have their own unique beautifully hand-crafted item.
How do I care for my log furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and using a mild wood cleaner for deeper cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture to maintain the wood's finish.

We source our Pine locally from northern Minnesota, ensuring sustainable harvesting practices. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and supporting the regional economy.
What makes your craftsmanship unique?
Our skilled artisans handcraft each piece from scratch, embracing the natural imperfections in the wood to create one-of-a-kind furniture. From hand-peeling the logs to applying the final finish, every step is taken with care and respect for the material.
How is the wood prepared for crafting?
We use a hand and water peeling process that preserves the pine’s beautiful grain, rustic knots, and color variations. The wood is naturally dried, and any cracks or checks add to its character without affecting the structural integrity.
What finishes do you use on the furniture?
All of our furniture comes with a finish of 3 coats of lacquer with sanding in between each coat, unless specified otherwise, ensuring durability and a beautiful finish.
