What does "Freight Bed" mean?

We are known for our many choices of Log Bed Styles.  We provide many options to choose from because EVERY Person has a different idea in mind for themselves. 

A "Freight Bed" means that your New Handcrafted Log Bed will arrive on a pallet via Freight Truck with the Headboard and Footboard completely assembled, leaving you, the customer, to only have to insert your mattress supports and bolt your siderails into place once you have brought the pieces into their respective rooms. We tend to use larger diameter log pieces with our "Freight" beds since they will be arriving on a pallet and not in boxes, like our "Kit" beds do.
