• All orders can be placed via phone, mail, email, or fax.
• All orders are completed within 2-6 weeks depending on size of the order. Exceptions can be made whenever possible.
• A 35% deposit is required on all orders.
• Due to the natural beauty of pine logs, you can expect variation in character, color, cracks/checks and possible worm tracks.
• You may order your furniture with extra rustic appeal or more of the traditional blonde log look.
• All furniture comes with a finish of of two coats sanding sealer and 3-4 coats of lacquer, unless specified. If ordering furniture unfinished, you can expect a 10% discount. Upgrade available for a polymer (glossy) finish on all tables.
• Most pieces can be made to custom-fit to your specifications and are non-returnable.Once deposit is made and furniture is in production, deposit is non-refundable.
• If ordering a custom piece, you must provide a detailed drawing or picture with all measurements. Prices will vary according to measurements provided. Builder will build as close as possible to your specifications and make changes how builder sees fit.
• We provide a one year warranty on manufacturer defects on all furniture. We will either replace or repair the piece at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to improve on any and all our products without prior notice.
