Twist of Nature guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or send a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs. Refunds made to credit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect?
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion, orders are damaged in transit. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep all the original boxes and packaging material. Give us a call just with in 15 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to assist you in making sure you’re ultimately happy with your purchase. Or you can also email us at info@twistofnature.com.

Furniture Return Policy

Furniture returns are accepted up to 30 days after date of purchase. You must have the original receipt for even exchange, or a gift certificate will be issued for store credit. Refunds made to credit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee. Sorry, there will be no exchanges or returns on custom orders. All sales final on consignment merchandise.

Shipping and Handling

Twist of Nature ships all products by UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS or LTL. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. Please contact us for shipping Alaska and Hawaii. States, Territories and Countries outside of the United States require additional shipping costs. Please use the phone, fax, or mail format, below, for placing orders to these regions.

You may phone, fax, or mail your order or visit our store if you prefer not to order online. All prices at Twist of Nature are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.

Phone
Please call (866) 958-9478 anytime. During non-business hours, feel free to leave a message and your phone number, and we will promptly return your call. You will need a valid credit card to order over the phone.

Fax
Fax the printed order form along with a cover sheet to: (320) 983-5365. You will receive a fax confirmation of your order, normally within 24 hours.

Mail
Print, complete, sign, and mail the order form to us. Please include credit card information, check or money order (payable to Twist of Nature). Mail the printed order form and payment to:

Payment

For Internet, telephone and fax orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you decide to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
